Process Technology

Supported by a precision temperature-controlled molding system, the frame is formed with greater density and compactness, maximizing structural stability. The carbon cloth layup process is digitally and precisely controlled to achieve accurate, on-demand carbon fiber placement, with every layer tailored to load-bearing requirements—balancing lightweight construction and high rigidity without compromising performance. The application of EPS precision molding technology effectively removes excess internal waste during molding. With no weight-adding residual material, lightweight performance is elevated even further.
