Installation instructions

At the time of vehicle dispatch, 95% of the equipment has been installed. The remaining 5%, including the front wheel and seat tube, are equipped with installation tools and can be installed by yourself according to our installation video requirements. In addition, due to long-distance transportation, accessories such as gearboxes and disc brakes may need to be adjusted. If you encounter any problems during the installation process, you can contact our customer service for consultation.

Installation process

For the front wheel, pass the thru axle rod through the center of the hub axis and tighten it to the specified torque with an Allen wrench.

There are left and right foot pedals. "R" stands for right and is installed on the right side of the vehicle. Turn clockwise and tighten. "L" stands for left and is installed on the left side of the vehicle. Turn counterclockwise and tighten. The pedals are prone to slipping due to threads. After rotating and tightening, make sure they are aligned with the threads. Slowly tighten and rotate back and forth. Invert twice. Use your judgment to see if it is smooth to the touch. Make sure the threads are suitable and avoid possible misalignment caused by thread slippage. Our shop is not responsible if the pedals or crank teeth are improperly installed by the rider themselves.

When installing hydraulic disc brakes, do not hold the brake lever and insert the front brake disc into the middle of the brake. This may cause the hydraulic brake piston to pop out, get stuck, leak oil, or be damaged.
